I rode my bike today today to Mtn. Athlete, and of course, riding home was the hardest part. Today was a stamina workout with a 60 and 90 minute option. The 60 minute kicked my ass, I can’t imagine lasting 90 minutes. Mtn. Athlete keeps your heartrate up around VO2max the whole workout. Here was the workout:
4 rounds - Medicine ball complex 10x, Alligator pushups 10x
4 rounds - 1x run around complex, ok I can’t remember these damn workouts. It’s a rush of kettleball swings, pullups, feet to ankles, more pullups, running, it was just damn tought.
