Mtn Athlete is moving to a new gym tomorrow. I have been told that it is a great spot, with new racks, mats, ropes, weights, and more. The best part is that we can all do these killer workouts without feeling claustrophobic. And we can crank up some music when grinding out long sets.
I am doing great on my Mtn. Athlete workout. I have lost a few pounds of fat and gained some significant muscle. I can also do pullups about 500% better than when I started which evidences some amazing strength gains in 6 weeks. Friday I did 50 near perfect pullups in sets of 5, at almost complete exhaustation from other things I did in between, like sandbag getups.
