This training week was 2 Mtn. Athlete workouts for me and 43 miles of running. I ran every day, 60 minutes one day, 30 minutes, the next, and a long run on Saturday at 90 minutes. All miles at easy pace which for me is around 8:00 min/mile.
I plan to do this for a couple more weeks to get used to running every day. Then I plan to start to add some quality runs.
