Bulldozer rampage in Jerusalem (via AlJazeeraEnglish)

My brother was 5 streets away from this.  You can watch an off-duty Israeli defense officer in a blue shirt get a gun and jump into the loader and shoot the guy in the head, ending the rampage.   It gives explicit significance to the saying: “you have to kill it”.   This very possibly could not of been a terrorist attack, the guy was reported crazy and owed lots of money to his employer.  He was a resident of Jerusalem.
