Mtn. Athlete workout
Today was the first day I worked out at the new Mtn Athlete gym. The gym is fantastic, a total body transformation palace, just walking into it made me ready to work after seeing all the kettle balls, sandbags, the new weight racks, the high ceilings, and the music blaring. This training week
This training week was 2 Mtn. Athlete workouts for me and 43 miles of running. I ran every day, 60 minutes one day, 30 minutes, the next, and a long run on Saturday at 90 minutes. All miles at easy pace which for me is around 8:00 min/mile.
I plan to do this for a couple more weeks to get used to running every day. Then I plan to start to add some quality runs.
