I Am Training Mountain Athlete Style
Today was a Mountain Athlete workout day, I train on M/W/F in the morning. This workout is one intense power hour directed by Connie Sciolino here in Boulder (she brought it here from Jackson, WY where it started in a gym there) and I am in my third week.
